• 3rd degree Jiu Jitsu Black Belt under Checkmat and Lucas Leite’s first black belt in La Habra CA. Purple belt under Rigan Machado at his original academy in Redondo Beach CA.

• Empowers his students with both the old school and new school jiu jitsu, focused on developing them both on and off the mats, and producing champions.

• Loves jiu jitsu, healthy foods, cooking, beach, fishing, and sharing the porrada lifestyle.

Cooper linn

• Brown belt started his jiu jitsu journey as white belt under Coach Yukito during the beginning of Studio86.

• He enjoys bringing communities together and has grown a passion for teaching and helping new students develop themselves on and off the mats.

• Loves jiu jitsu, SF, traveling to Japan, spending time with family & friends, and spreading his passion for nature and science.

• He also loves dogs! He’s adopted a sweet rescue dog he cherishes, he has the heart of gold.

• Cooper balances work-life on the mats and specializes in the space-based spectral intelligence field working on top secret government projects.

Flora rooker

• Brown Belt started her jiu jitsu journey as a white belt under Coach Yukito during the beginning of Studio86, changed her lifestyle a full 360 dedicating herself to jiu jitsu, losing 30lbs, dominating larger stronger men in sparring, and becoming a better version of herself physically and mentally.

• Her favorite submission is the armbar.

• She enjoys spending time on the mats helping to empower women in jiu jitsu, assisting leading the kids class, and watching over our team pet mascot Mako.

• Flora balances work-life as part of management in supply chain for Google.
